Daphne bag encrypts all your card information using the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. The total cost of your items purchased plus shipping fees as displayed on the web will be billed to your credit card. In order to keep a high level of security for our customers, we may request further correspondence from the purchaser in the event that we suspect a fraudulent order.
All orders are shipped with International shipping companies like Fedex, DHL, UPS. When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number via e-mail in order for you to track your order on respective courier websites. All delivery times are estimated depending on the carrier.
Our current lead time for all orders is 2 1/2 - 3 weeks. It is our goal to ship all orders complete; however, occasional high demand will deplete stocks of an item. If an item is backordered it will be shipped as soon as it becomes available.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs on all backorders.

Timely delivery is based on the condition that the courier (Fedex/DHL/UPS) keeps day-to-day delivery schedules. Daphnebags.com will not be held responsible for delays with the couriers. All delivery estimates are based upon Working/Business days. Please note that the following delivery charges do not include import costs that may be due when the purchased goods reach the country of destination.
Each bag unfolds a story about the journey that the material has made, as they are made mostly of up-cycled truck tarps & military tents showing unique marks of wear and tear and color variation. The texture and material variations that are part of our up-cycled process make each bag truly unique. However - please let us know if you receive a bag or tote that seems to exceed these expectations.
The colours of products seen on Daphnebags.com will depend on the monitor from which it is viewed and can vary depending on the monitor. Therefore the colour seen on the monitor can vary from the accurate colour of the product. Please note that we have tried as accurately as possible to display the colours of the textile, lining, leather etc. as well as the tactility of all materials used.
Please note that all Daphne bags products are made of natural leather and textiles of the highest quality. We would like to point out that vegetable tanned leather is a natural product and therefore can vary in colour and structure from product to product and from collection to collection.
These minor variations in products should be viewed as a unique characteristic and not as a fault. Please be aware that natural and coated fabrics used in dark or very strong colours may be subject to transference of colour through rubbing, and the use of these products should be used with caution when in contact with light colours. All textiles have been given a water repellent surface, but are not water resistant. Note that all leathers are sensitive to rain and other wet spots.
All sizes on any product viewed on Daphnebags.com are external sizes measured in inch. All the products are handcrafted that’s why a little size variation can occur.
If for any reason you wish to raise a claim on a purchased item,
Then first you have to send the detail with images of the defected product.
If there is any kind of manufacturing defect or any other human error found then in this case, your refund will be applicable and the same will be credited to your account within next 10 days.
In other situation, we will examine your claim, and determine if it is due to: Natural Wear and Tear, Improper Use, Third-Party Interference, Natural Disasters, or damage unrelated to production or quality, in which case we will not fix.
